Fat Drac ReviewPush Gaming is pushing their own limits with the release of Fat Drac, which is the 3rd installment in their cult-classic ‘Fat’ range. The soundtrack is perfect for this cartoon-style game, and it establishes a creepy, yet humorous, atmosphere from the get-go. While Fat Santa was an Xmas copycat job with a higher potential, Fat Drac is taking the series in a new and even more volatile direction.

We’re glad to see that Push Gaming has decided to break free from “expectations”, and take a step in a new direction with Fat Drac. Having a growing Reveal/Mystery symbol instead of a growing wild might disappoint some fans, but the 50,000x potential (with a 1 in 76,613,180 win chance) seems like adequate compensation. A compromise would have been to allow the Fat Drac mystery symbol to also reveal the high-value wild, but that’s sadly not the case.

The most you can win from a 5x5 grid-covering Drac is thus 1,000x your stake per spin, which makes the 50,000x potential seem like a long shot. The instant bubble prizes are perhaps your best bet for massive payouts in other words, but that feature feels a bit bolted-on and incongruent. It’s good fun to see Drac chase blood goblets and grow in size for sure, but getting above tier 2 on the size meter is not all that easy.
